In this Part Two continuation of the exercise progression I share motor control exercises for Cervical Dystonia/Spasmodic Torticollis for activating and strengthening the inhibited weaker muscles of your neck. They start very easy and progress in difficulty and are my recommendation for anyone with Spasmodic Torticollis to retrain the movements of rotation.
