On the EPA website we just found out that Tesla published a new version of their Model Y which shows an EPA range of 279 miles. We know Tesla currently has two versions of the Model Y, the long range which comes out to 330 miles of range and the Performance version which is 303 miles of range. Is this new variant using the LPF battery technology they use in China? Is it the new 4680 batteries that are supposed to come out when the Texas factory opens up?
