Young broadcast media professionals (Journalists Radio and TV reporters, content producers) have been offered the opportunity to learn and experience more of the IAAF World of Athletics.

The line- up of the presenters for the Workshop included European Broadcast Union TBS Japan TV Media Sport Africa as well as IAAF TV Commission members IAAF Staff, IAAF producers and IAAF Star Athletes and Athletics Broadcast Talent.
The workflow was interactive and content driven by the participants.

The workshop was held during the IAAF Gala Week, a busy week for the IAAF, including the IAAF Council Meetings the presence of legends of athletics, the athlete of the year and other prestigious awards, 2019 World Championships Venue selection Athletics stars of 2014.

This gave opportunity and access for the participants to take part in the activities and get involved, network and create and produce content for Broadcast Television Radio, On Line and New Media.
