Replay XD, manufacturer of the smallest, lightest, ultra-rugged, and most versatile action cameras takes part in the 2015 Indy 500 to support the Always Evolving / Replay XD / Coyne Racing #19 IndyCar driven by James Davison and show its thanks to the heroes who have defended the United States of America in combat.

RePlay XD, Igloo, ADV1, Lockton, Adidas, Crown7.com, Boy Scouts of America, and Cruz Associates, have joined 5.11 Tactical, the first choice in tactical gear and apparel for discerning military, law enforcement and first responders, in support of Folds of Honor. Folds of Honor provides annual educational scholarships to the military families of those who have been killed or disabled while in active duty. “Folds Of Honor is just a wonderful organization,” shared country star, TV host and Army veteran, Craig Morgan. “The concept of ensuring not one fallen soldier or injured soldier’s family goes without the education they deserve is an exciting thing and it’s something I’m proud to be a part of.”

A portion of proceeds from sales of a t-shirt offered by 5.11® Tactical and designed by Sgt. (Ret.) Legrand Strickland, a Folds of Honor recipient, benefits the Folds of Honor Foundation. The shirt is also an integral part of a campaign encouraging Americans to wear red on Fridays to “Remember Everyone Deployed” including #REDOUT Friday, May 22, 2015 where celebrities, military families and many other Americans showed their support for those deployed by sharing photos wearing their red shirts on social media.

A select group of servicemen and women will be trackside at racing events all over the country, starting with the Indy 500 on May 23 and 24, 2015, where they’ll meet the team and driver, and get to experience racing like a VIP. “5.11® is proud to partner with Always Evolving to highlight the meaningful work of Folds Of Honor for fallen and wounded soldiers and their families,” said Bob Neapole, Chief Revenue Officer at 5.11® Tactical “As we honor the sacrifices of so many this Memorial Day, we feel it is very fitting to share the Folds of Honor mission with Indianapolis 500 fans.”

Replay XD’s #MakeYourMark campaign will go hand-in-hand with the #REDOUT campaign and present to the veterans a behind-the-scenes experience with an Indy team while leaving their thumbprint (‘mark’) on the #19 Always Evolving IndyCar. Participating veterans will be given one of Replay XD’s 1080Mini cameras to record their experience at the Indianapolis 500 and future adventures.

“AE is proud to be a part of this important campaign supporting Folds of Honor and raising awareness for our military veterans that have honorably served this great nation and sacrificed so much on our behalf,” said Erik Davis, former Air Force officer and Executive Chairman of Always Evolving. “I very much look forward to spending time with these vets and their families, and making this a special experience.”

“Replay XD is a company that has always been focused on capturing people’s experiences and we thought it was time to turn it around and share one of our experiences with members of our military,” said Always Evolving/Replay XD CEO Chris Dolan. “The Indy 500 is one of the biggest racing events in the country and what better place to show these men and women our appreciation than to dedicate part of the car in their honor.”
