Housing Market is heating back up in the Denver metro area.

The Denver metro housing market is seeing a major increase in demand, with a significant uptick in houses under contract, mortgage applications, and people getting prepared to buy in the coming months. Although the best deals for buyers might be behind us, there is still some room for negotiation, and if you're a seller, the best time to list your property is from February to May. Sales for January showed that 65% of closed properties had concessions with an average of $6,800. The weekend after Super Bowl weekend is historically the best time to list your property and for buyers to shop for homes, but if you're a buyer and can't seem to find the right property, a renovation loan might be an option.
