Tala CEO Shivani Siroya joins CNBC’s Julia Boorstin as the company aims to be the largest financial services platform for the global underbanked. Tala plans to use the funds to expand borrow, save and money management options across Kenya, the Philippines, Mexico, India and the United States, including crypto offerings.
