I neglected to activate (or glitched?) Grant Lockwood's tracking bracelet so he was like a disgruntled needle in a haystack with no locator on the HUD. Find the gargoyles as shown after exiting from Hardware Labs and making a left. Make sure you're on the platform that says Shuttle Bay (as shown). Facing out towards space, start at the left gargoyle and head out slightly to the left, the gargoyle is kind of pointing the way. When the radiation warning clicks start, look around.

2024 Update: another way to do it (and maybe easier to stay on the correct heading) is to position yourself facing the Shuttle Bay with the right side gargoyle right in front of you and space to your back. Full thrust backwards out into space and use the station as a reference to make sure to stay as straight as possible. When the radiation warning clicks start, stop your thrust then turn to your right. You should get the human corpse marker.
