PLEASE AVOID Trataka practice if - ❌

1. You have Glaucoma or if you have had any eye surgeries in the past 3 months
2. In case of any serious eye complications, please consult your doctor before practising
3. Children below the age of 14 can avoid the practice

For best experience -
1. Practice early morning or in the evening before bedtime.
You can start with 10 minutes and slowly take the practice to 30 minutes over a few months.
2. Remove your spectacles/lenses before you begin the practice
3. Keep your palms on your knees, facing downwards during this practice. You don't need to hold any mudra during the practice.
4. Practice in a dark room.

We hope you can improve your concentration, reduce the number of thoughts in your head and feel more grounded with this simple yet powerful meditation practice 🧘🏾
