Mokonzi Na Bakonzi means 'King of Kings'

Makoma is a Congolese (African) music group, Makoma formed in 1993, by Tutala Makoma. They started performing in 1995 as a group called Nouveau Testament. But, when they moved to Holland was when they became Makoma.

They sing in both English and Lingala (Lingala is a national language in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC, once
known as Zaire).




Makoma currently sings for Westcoast Studios, formed in 1995 by Tutala Makoma. Westcoast Studios is located in Holland.
