▶ Cooking recipe and ingredients:
1 large pork fillet
cut lengthwise as I show
Beat the meat thoroughly with a kitchen hammer
Salt, black pepper, dry garlic
bacon
roll up tightly
Use wooden skewers
fry in vegetable oil
Bake for 15-20 minutes at 180°C
Salad mix
Cherry tomatoes
avocado
lemon juice
Salt, pepper, olive oil
