5AM feels extreme - but is it? Go to bed early to be super focused on developing a new skill, trying a new hobby, reaching a goal, or simply enjoying time to yourself without distractions.

1. Know why you're doing it and feel good about it (I got more philosophical than I would have liked- blah!)

4. Setup reminders and cues such as using index cards, hanging visual reminders, setting up fun alarms and wallpaper on your phone.

5. The hardest part: Go to bed early! Scrolling Instagram, watching a show, etc. The extreme 5am morning is really about eliminating distractions so you can focus on why is really important to you.
