7000 hectares of Game Park, this Conservancy is home to The Big Five and the endangered Black Rhino. Hosted by the Africa Albida Tourism Group, Ruvheneko, on this game drive, through the Stanley and Livingstone, got close enough to ALMOST touch a Black Rhino and its calf. These endangered animals are heavily protected under this Conservation Programme. US $900 is the fetching price for one horn, but the rangers patrol the park day and night... dusk till dawn... because some would selfishly and carelessly dare risk their lives and an entire species for money that can be replaced- but what can and how can we ever replace the Rhino?
A Totem is a family and tribe identity, which normally is a member of the animal kingdom; Ruvheneko is a MaNyati - from the Nyati clan - so Ruvhi was privileged to have met with her "relatives" the Buffalo.
