It's been quite a while since I last shared a glimpse of my work.

I'm Vi-Dan Tran, an action designer from the Jackie Chan Stunt Team based in Germany. This reel showcases my role as an action ronin operator.

My approach is straightforward: an action camera operator should move in sync with the talents, grasping the artistry of choreography. Understanding body mechanics is key to capturing motion effectively, all while managing the cinematic framing and handling the weight of camera gear.

My goal is simple yet challenging: capturing the beauty of action choreography with minimal compromise and to deliver an exhilarating cinematic experience to the audience.
