SSPC Research Bytes: Education and Public Engagement segment.

Shubham Vishnoi, a PhD student who works in SSPC’s modelling theme, received the University of Limerick’s President Volunteer Award (PVA)-2021. Here he gives an overview on how SSPC is fostering public trust in science. Being part of SSPC, Shubham has opportunity to develop and deliver workshops, helping to develop presentation and public speaking skills.

SSPC engages extensive capacity building through education and training. SSPC students have a unique advantage that not only allows them to collaborate with industry daily but also gives them the opportunity to be involved in education and public engagement activities, exposing them to the wider community.
