Shane, originally a sports gambler, shares his journey. After entering the trading world post-college and facing a job loss in 2009, he ventured into poker, eventually finding his way to Las Vegas and delving into sports betting. Shane approached it as an arbitrage business, viewing it strategically rather than a mere gamble. His team, consisting of three others, has found success in running these operations, coupled with supporting and coaching professional poker players. Shane draws parallels to real estate, likening it to a private money loan for a house flip and even suggesting it could be less risky with the right players.

Using real estate investments as a retirement account, Shane has accumulated valuable insights in managing his portfolio. With properties primarily located in Alabama, he started with 10 rentals under Ryan's coaching and now boasts over 60 multifamily, short-term rentals.

Ryan, aiming to become the best celebrity golfer, seeks improvement in his game. Despite initial struggles in golf, Shane, a seasoned player since college, provides advice and insights on the course.
