With nearly 500,000 Leaf's sold globally since 2009, Nissan is no stranger to producing a ground breaking all-electric car. However, the current Leaf has sort of become an uncool EV, which is where the new 2022 #NissanAriya comes in. The #Ariya is the brand's first full electric SUV designed to compete with the Model Y, ID.4, Mach E, Ioniq 5, and EV6. Unlike the Leaf, the #AriyaEV offers a choice of FWD or #e4orce dual motor AWD. Up to 300 miles of range from its 87 kWh battery pack and the ability to DC fast charge to 80% in 30 mins. It goes on sale later this year and will finally get the modern, tech filled cabin that buyers of EV's demand. Pricing should start around $40,000.
