Today, courtesy of the good people at https://www.retroclassiccar.com/ I am driving an American icon - the C3 Corvette. Replacing the shapely but wild C2, the C3 generation is fondly remembered for its dramatic looks, and the fact that it was replaced by the (to my eyes) unbearably ugly C4.

It had a long life, starting in the 60s and eventually ending up like the example I am driving today. It's pretty, but with an ashmatic engine strangled by American EPA regulations, is it still enjoyable?
