One Year Later.Boulder County estimates that the county will need to spend approximately $217 million up-front for flood recovery repairs over the next 5 years. It is expected that approximately $161 million of funds will be reimbursed by state and federal agencies, leaving Boulder County responsible for $56 million of the total amount.
