Like most of the Bahamas, conch is the name of the game and prepared in many different ways, My preference is conch salad (like a ceviche) whereas it seems cracked conch (deep fried) is almost everywhere. Not a fan of deep frying but undertand why it's popular.... because it's deep fried :)
