Ingredients :
Water dough (水皮) :
200g plain flour(普通面粉)
2 tbsp caster sugar(细砂糖)
40g ghee(无水奶油)
2 tbsp oil (食油)
1/4 tsp liquid glucose (葡萄糖浆)

120 ml pandan juice (香兰汁)

Oil dough (油皮) :
180g plain flour(普通面粉)
90g ghee(无水奶油)

Filling 馅料 :
5 large eggs (鸡蛋)
150g sugar (白砂糖)
80ml pandan juice (香兰汁)

50g sugar (白砂糖)
200ml coconut cream (包装椰浆)
3 pandan leaves , knotted 3片香兰叶,打结
