bulgarian split squats - 4x12
romanian deadlift.- 4x15
hip thrust - 3x15
single leg leg press - 4x15
single leg leg press - amrap dropset x 3: chose a weight, do as many reps as possible (amrap), go down to about 75% of the weight and amrap again, drop weight again and amrap agai
