A major bridge in Baltimore, Maryland collapsed early Tuesday morning after being hit by a cargo ship that had lost power shortly before impact. Construction workers and several vehicles plunged into the Patapsco River as a large section of the bridge crashed into the water. Maryland Governor Wes Moore and other Maryland officials held a news conference this morning. They told reporters their preliminary investigation shows this was an accident not a terrorist attack. The governor has declared a state of emergency as rescue crews are still combing the waterway looking for victims. Capitol Hill Correspondent, Erik Rosales reports.
