This is Version 2 of the exhaust system that I have created. Both versions were created for my Voron 2.4 printers.

3D printing fumes are bad to inhale. Having a 3D printer enclosure only solves one thing, but not the other. With many 3D printers in my collection, the solution is not to filter, but to expel all the 3D printing fumes out of the window. Although there are ways to filter out the fumes, I am sure the particles will not be 100% completely removed, and the gaps of the 3d printer will allow fumes to escape, infiltrating the room eventually, and pretty quickly. Therefore, expel is the option. A fan directing air out of the machine to the window will create a negative pressure in the chamber, which makes the gaps in the printer become inlets for air to enter the chamber instead, rather than escape.
