WA may face a Severe Tropical Cyclone next week and while modelling still isn’t 100% locked in we bring you the latest potential tracking and 7 day rainfall.

On the other side of Australia cooler airflows are expected to drop temperatures further in the days ahead with plenty of cloud and showery weather off the Tasman Sea. Inland some of these showers may be heavier but isolated.

Cooler air will be impacting Tasmania in the week ahead, although there are a couple brief hotter days in the mix - but tonight will be a cooler with lows inland and higher up getting closer to freezing.
