The purpose of this video is to give you ideas on how to build houses in Enshrouded. If you follow it step by step, I'm sorry for the missteps I made in the video. It wasn't in my head when I recorded it. So I suggest you take the idea and adapt it to your liking.

I am deliberately trying to make simple, early game, decent looking builds so that you can easily pick up the idea and go into detail or take a different approach to how you want to build these things. I'm also trying to build with more accessible materials like wood, so I can ensure even with most accessable material, buildings looks decent.

You can detail the builds I've made as much as you like, I deliberately don't put a lot of effort into detailing so I can keep the videos much shorter and the builds simple.

Some of the placements I made in the video require the use of non snapping mode to place freely and I try to use less as much as possible to keep things simple and easy to follow however sometimes snapping mode can be very frustrating to use so I also suggest you to use non snapping mode in some of your builds to get used to.

I built the house before recording and rebuilt it in the same place. Demolition keeps the holes on the ground and that is why in the video the blocks fit perfectly back into the hole. You don't need to dig or anything, just build on wherever you want.
