This 5 Minute Leg & Thigh Workout will take you through 10 leg and thigh exercises for 30 seconds each. There is no rest in this workout, so you will have to push through the burn! Modifications included!

Equipment Needed: None (Exercise Mat Optional)

Exercise List:

1. Sumo jump and pulse
2. Bear crawl kick (right leg)
3. Bear crawl kick (left leg)
4. Sumo slide and lift
5. Close squat pulse
6. Glute bridge kicks
7. Runner's lunge (right leg)
8. Runner's lunge (left leg)
9. Curtsy lunges
10. Low pop squats


In this workout you are training with me, Sydney Cummings, Owner of Royal Change and NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I am a fitness trainer is Charlotte, North Carolina and was a Division 1 athlete at West Virginia University where I was a national qualifying high jumper.
