In the same genre as “Breathe” and “Soundscapes,” this new collection of 10 ambient tracks is the most tranquil to date. Purposely slow, repetitive, and without form or melodic development, “Sleep” is meant to let your mind drift into a meditative state. Over the course of 1 hour, each track melds into the next as to not break the trance-like vibe.

I’ve titled this record “Brian Culbertson Presents: Sleep” so that the casual listener will not be confused and think this is a new ‘Brian Culbertson Contemporary Jazz’ type album.
