Another good outcome for a $100 Marketplace motor. Items found to be broken/ defective were the Magneto cam and flywheel, the points and condensers, spark plug wires, and the carburetor needed to be rebuilt. The last guy to work on it had over-torqued the flywheel so tight that it snapped the Magneto cam and destroyed the points. The flywheel is junk because the keyway was whopped out. I installed a new top crank seal, new plug wires, points and condensers, rebuilt the carburetor, drained and refilled the lower unit. Impeller is original in the test but I've got a new one and hope to change that this week too. Thanks for tunin' in!
