A functioning bathroom vent fan is critical to prevent moisture buildup which can cause mold, drywall damage, and corrosion of metal parts. Fortunately, it's relatively easy and low cost to replace the ventilation/exhaust fan.

We'll be replacing our Broan Model: 688 and improving the air sealing with some aluminum ducting tape.
