WeedEater Featherlite string trimmer found abandoned behind a QuickChek convenience store. It had not spark and was full of water, but I think we are going to get it running. The question is... What should we do with it?

Make it a small outboard to power a kayak?

Make it a small engine to power a Razor Scooter?

To properly replace the right bank of the engine's plugs you have to remove the upper intake. Given the tendency of the individual intake runner gaskets to leak once the seal is broken, I decided to replace them as well.
While we have the top of the engine off and apart, we did some much needed cleaning including throttle body, intake plumbing and torque boxes, upper intake plenum, valve covers, and ignition coils. this removed almost 100k miles worth of dust and junk!
the truck is running much better now and MPG has returned to when it was new!
