Bourdain is the host of the popular Travel Channel program, Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations, executive chef at Brasserie Les Halles, and the author of the bestselling book Kitchen Confidential: Adventures in the Culinary Underbelly. The panelists are Gabrielle Hamilton, chef/owner of Prune and Eric Ripert, chef at Le Bernardin. Michael Ruhlman, a journalist and author of The Soul of a Chef and The Making of a Chef, moderates.
