Today I am going to share my easy and so delicious chicken malai handi that is so good. It tastes like restaurant quality and you can make it under 30 minutes. Serve it with naan and raita and enjoy:), so lets start:

Chicken Malai Handi Ingredients:

1/2 cup water
500 g boneless chicken (cut in medium chunks)
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 cup oil
1+1/2 tsp salt
2 large tomatoes (blended)
1 tsp red chilli flakes
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
3 tbsp yogurt
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
3 tbsp cream
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh coriander (chopped)
1 tbsp fresh ginger (julienne cutting)
2 green chilies (chopped)

Chicken Malai Handi Cooking Method:

1. In a pot, add water along with chicken, ginger garlic paste, oil and salt and cook uncovered for 7 to 8 minutes until water dries out then saute it for 2 minutes.

2. Now add blended tomatoes along with chilli flakes, turmeric, chilli powder and mix then cook covered for 5 minutes until tomatoes are cooked then add yogurt along with cumin and coriander powder and mix well and again cook uncovered for 5 minutes.

3. At this point, add cream and stir for 1 minute then turn off the flame and add some fresh coriander leaves along with chopped green chilies and julienne cut ginger and enjoy it with naan and raita.
