This tranquil, traditional ashram, set in a lush orchard garden is located near the village of Magod, a 10-minute drive from Valsad station. A picturesque, 20-acre property, shaded by hundreds of mango, coconut, banana, and chickoo trees, it was inaugurated in 1999 and has developed to accommodate over 250 people in newly constructed, fully serviced buildings.
Its design, function, and energy provide an ideal environment for spiritual practice with Sanskrit chanting, meditation, and daily havan, under the guidance of the Guru.
The ashram has a goshala (cowshed) that houses 100 indigenous Gir cows, whose milk, ghee, urine, and dung have extraordinary healing properties and are used to make medicinal products at the ashram. The ashram also grows delicious, organic mangoes, using organic agriculture.
