Of course she wants a new home and he wants to buy a fixer upper. Isn't that what you would expect from two completely different people who just happen to be married. Fixer uppers can be rewarding. New homes are great because when you move in everything is new. No one elses toe nails will be found in the carpet. Nobody has stored food in the fridge and there will be no residue of the previous owners cooking in the air.
