I had the idea to make the set of omni directional bookshelf speakers for more than a year. After my brother gave me his old 5'' BMW spare midranges and tweeters, the experiments could start

Speakers are made out of 12mm Baltic birch plywood, all parts are cut on LowRider2 CNC from V1 engineering. Dispersion cone was printed with a 3D printer, PLA filament. Cone angle simulated in Ray Optics Simulator - https://ricktu288.github.io/ray-optic.... Speaker covers are wrapped in cotton twine. The reel to reel machine is an AKAI 4400D

Feel free to express your thoughts about the project - you can share it down in the comment section! There are many aspects, where my know-how is lacking, when building this type of speaker enclosure..
