This time with a low mileage Audi A8 with 3.0TDI DDV engine. Customers contact us originally just to sort out oil pressure software upgrades but he mentions in person there is a sound coming from the engine. So we had a listen to it but it was very hard to say what it could be. He booked the car again for inspection to prove if there's any internal issues and hoped for the best that the warranty company would agree to cover it.
