2. draw outline of coffee filter

3. brush areas not in circle with powder. be sure no sticky left on those parts. This becomes reusable carrier sheet for many, many coffee filters

Great free software from Silhouette America, and do not need a cutting machine to use.  I also upgraded with one time fee to business edition just to give me a few more great features, Like saving as SVG, PDF, etc, and best feature, trace by color!)  

4. place coffee filter inside circle, burnish flat down w/ old credit card and print your desired designs.  I use Silhouette Studio to create my print set up.
