My route was over 500 miles which included the "approach" from the Baton Rouge airport--a segment of about 90 miles:
Day 1: Baton Rouge airport to roadside stealth camping spot - 30 miles
Day 2: Stealth spot to Natchez State Park - 70 miles
Day 3: Natchez State Park to Rocky Springs Campground - 50 miles
Day 4: Rocky Springs Campground to Riverbend Picnic area - 70 miles
Day 5: Riverbend Picnic area to Jeff Busby Campground - 72 miles
Day 6: Jeff Busby to Davis Lake Campground - 56 miles
Day 7: Davis Lake to Tupelo (+ Elvis birthplace detour) to Pastor Eddie's House - 55 miles
Day 8: Pastor Eddie's house to Colbert Ferry Park - 55 miles
Day 9: Colbert Ferry to Fall Hollow Falls Campground - 70 miles
Day 10: Fall Hollow Falls to Northern Terminus - 55 miles
