Here is a timelapse video of 3 & 1/2 months work turning an ugly 1981 Yamaha XV750 into a hell of a lot cooler Custom Cafe Racer Motorcycle! The build was possible with the use of some amazing products from Motogadget, Anti Gravity Batteries, Breakwells Paints, Metzeler Tyres and a whole host of other manufacturers/companies. On top of the custom seat frame sits the custom seat wrapped in Dinaminca suede (a different brand of Alcantara) works so well against the Aston Martin Viridian Green painted fuel tank with the custom subtle tank graphics. The Motogadget M-Unit Blue handles all lighting etc alongisde the Motogadget Motoscope Pro dash, Breakout box, Anitgravity Lithium battery & Rick's electrics regulator rectifier. The Tyres are Metzeler ME888 Marathon with white tyre writing. The front end Forks, wheel & brakes are from a 2004 ZX10R while the yokes are from a 2001 Yamaha R1 & the stem is from Cognito Moto. The headlight is an all in one Dipped/Main beam & indicators unit while the tail light is an all in one side/brake & indicator unit that is frenched into the seat hoop. Custom rear set brackets and rear sets work custom rear brake and gear linkages. The bike was fully stripped down and sandblasted then finished in Sniper Grey Cerakote.
