Welcome to the first session in the mini series which is focused around footwork!

You may not have ladders so be creative and use cones, sticks, bats, tins or whatever works for you! I had a lot of fun making these sessions with my son Louie and we hope you enjoy them too. Make sure you're committed and you'll benefit from each session!
