I am a CPA, not a health expert. This is for informational purposes. Many could say the way I did it isn't the best way, and they would be simply wrong, as it was the best way for me. I had a stroke in 2021 and I needed to lose weight in my time, my way, which is just a combination of my own common sense, avoiding what didn't work for me in the past, being an "adult" with my eating habits, no rewarding myself with food, seeing food as fuel and not fun, and more. All my best to you! And hope you gained some insights that may work for you!

My weight loss journey got easier when I increased my SLEEP, stopped eating after 8 pm, only drank water, stopped eating when I was full and only ate single ingredient foods! I weigh in aa low as 155 now, down from 272 when I had a stroke. I realized what didn't work in the past (for me) to lose weight was "substituting" these things or trying to just manage the weight and food chaos. I had to make these changes, which required "removing choices," and it made it SIMPLE to lose weight after 90 days. My business was “fat,” and I was FAT! Real practice management was for my business to “lose weight” (clients) so my weight loss could begin! Here's my weight loss journey on how I lost 117 pounds. I needed to lose weight in my time, my way, which is just a combination of my own common sense, avoiding what didn't work for me in the past, being an "adult" with my eating habits, not rewarding myself with food, seeing food as fuel and not fun, and more.
