In the 1990s, Digitech released the legendary XP Series. The wildest and weirdest of the series was the Space Station. Today, the pedal is revered and coveted, and it has been on the boards of guitarists like Tom Morello (Rage Against the Machine) and Bootsy Collins. When it was first released, it was a failure, but it would pave the way for all the weird pedals we now love. This pedal has all the quirky sounds you knew and didn't know you needed on guitar.
