Only a few people know this recipe and how to bake this bread. This is how my grandmother always made it. Simple and easy! Baked bread! My grandfather was right. We don't buy bread anymore!

Cooking recipe and ingredients:

400 ml of warm water.
1 tablespoon of sugar.
8 g of dry yeast.
Mix well.
Full 3 tablespoons of wheat flour.
Mix well, cover with a towel and leave for 20 minutes.
Sift 500 g of wheat flour through a sieve.
1 teaspoon of salt.
Mix well and make a well in the flour.
Add the dough to the flour.
Mix with a wooden spatula for 5 minutes.
Clean the sides of the bowl from the dough.
Cover and set aside in a warm place for 20 minutes.
Now fold the dough using a spatula.
Cover and leave for 15 minutes.
Wet your hands with cold water.
Make a second fold.
Leave for 15 minutes.
Wet your hands with cold water.
We repeat the process.
