President Joe Biden says college graduates would see "life-changing" relief from his new plan to ease debt burdens for more than 30 million borrowers. This program looks to cut down on interest payments. Biden has been preparing an alternative since his initial $400 billion student-debt program was struck down by the Supreme Court last year. The new plan is similarly expected to face legal challenges that could drag past the election. Biden spoke on April 8 in Wisconsin.
