In this video, I finally get on the field to help my guys finish a 2-day panel upgrade and relocation job. They were busy relocating the main panel and back-feeding it to the original location where we installed a sub-panel to tie back in all the existing circuits. Running an electrical contracting company means you know all aspects of not only running the business and taking care of the finances but also knowing how to do the fieldwork as well. That way you can keep checks and balances on your guys and most important their respect knowing you will jump in and help anytime they need you. Hope you enjoy the video, don't forget to subscribe and we will see you on the next one!
