INGREDIENTS
4 gold potatoes or russets potatoes
2 Tbs olive oil
salt and black pepper to taste
2 Tbs melted butter
1/4 milk
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup bacon bits plus more for topping
1/4 cheddar cheese plus more for topping
1 Tbs dried chives
2 Tbs sliced butter for topping
