We're starting a brand new hotel tour series at the Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya. In this video, we take you on a tour of the family friendly Hacienda side. There is so much to offer here, some of our favourites were: the new water park, the beautiful lobby patio and surrounding restaurants (did we mention we had one of our best meals at ZEN?), the gorgeous pool area, and unique beaches!! The staff at the hotel is very friendly and always looking to make your experience more enjoyable. Excellent hospitality.
