Two teams of engineers race against the clock to relocate two fragile mansions. The odds are stacked against them as they attempt to relocate the 150-year-old three-storey Varsity Hall to a new lot in Charlottesville, Virginia. The bricks are disintegrating, the walls are creeping away from the floors, and the woodwork has been eaten by termites.

On Vancouver Island, Darren and Tanya Daigle along with their four kids and Nova the dog visit a housing lot in search of a brand new home. After much deliberation, they buy a stunning nine-bedroom, three storey Victorian mansion. It’s down to heavy hauling brothers Jeremy and Alan Nickel to deliver the house to their farm. Crammed with precious features, will the Daigle’s dream home survive an epic 190 mile journey by land and ocean intact?
