This week I spent some time with the 2022 Lexus RX 350, an exceptionally Japanese Midsize Luxury SUV... and tried to make meaning of its existence in the current market.

Now there's no denying that a vast majority of RX buyers skew older, and that Lexus largely focuses on a combination of reliability and comfort. The good news is that I found both of those to be true here in the most form of RX.

I also found that at a reasonable $50k as equipped, the RX poses a good value in the segment and even offers some convenient standard features that'll leave your BMW, Benz, and Audi friends teary eyed (either cause they don't have said feature or paid an arm & leg for it).

But I also found that despite these very tangible strengths, there are also area in which the RX, regardless of trim level and equipment group, falls flat on its face. You'll have to watch the video to find out more and to see my complete thoughts on the 2022 Lexus RX 350!!
