MEAL PREP FOR A GAMES ATHLETE. HOW TO STAY LEAN.

Hi TEAM!!!

We are back in the KITCHEN. It has been a while since we did one of these so lets get to it. These will usually last Pat and I to about mid week, so make sure to buy a lot if you don't plan on going back to the store!! I did list my macros at the end of this video if they do interest you, and seeing where I am with Protein, Carbs, and Fat.

Hopefully this will bring some insight for you. Just remember to keep it simple but switch it up. Don't get burned out on the same foods over and over. So many items can do the same thing, but taste totally different.
